Self-Rising Flour
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2-1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 + 1/8 tsp salt (I'm not so good with math so, this.) Dump it alllll into a bowl and give it a good stir. You can sift it, too, if you want to be "extra". Incorporate into whatever recipe calls for it. Works like a charm, and look, you're using what you already have on hand. Bonus! May the flour rise with you. I hope this is helpful in your kitchen. I don't know about you, but I'm not forking over extra cash just for a random cup or two of self-rising flour I may need once every few months. So, this. For all my fellow cheapskaters out there, may we live long and prosper and eat well on our journey.
